Every quarter, we like to showcase one of our more than 60 expanded metal patterns, with this Product Spotlight featuring Oasis decorative pattern.
Most of our expanded metals feature a diamond-shaped pattern or variation of it. What makes our Oasis pattern unique are its curves: There are no sharp angles! This characteristic takes a detour from expanded metal’s traditional industrial look to a more aesthetic one.
But don’t let its good looks fool you. Manufactured using our Shear-Form® service of manufacturing our expanded metals, strength is not sacrificed for aesthetics. Oasis- like all our expanded metals- has a high strength-to-weight ratio, pattern uniformity, and has no points or welds that can separate. Manufactured to customer specifications, it’s available in widths up to 48” and strand widths and pitch can be optimized for use as solar shading, façades, privacy panels, and more.
Oasis is manufactured in our California and Georgia facilities. Additional decorative patterns include Apollo, Fiesta, Greco, Imperial, Mini Tahoe, Perfex, Pinnacle, Provincial, and Skip Meshes; should a new pattern need to be created, our on-site design and engineering team is available for collaboration. To complement production, available post-production services include flattening, stamping, powder coat, and pre-painted metals.
