Greco features a hexagonal pattern that can be expanded in widths up to 48”. Although decorative and lightweight, its integrity is not compromised. Wallner Expac’s Shear-Form® service of manufacturing Greco yields a high strength-to-weight ratio, pattern uniformity, and has no points or welds that can separate– all crucial for the demands of architectural and construction uses. This combination of strength and aesthetics makes Greco a great choice for applications such gates and fencing, pet guards, ceiling panels, and partitions.
As with all expanded metals from Wallner Expac, Greco is manufactured to customer specifications in its California and Georgia facilities. Additional decorative patterns include Apollo, Fiesta, Imperial, Mini Tahoe, Oasis, Perfex, Pinnacle, Provincial, and Skip Meshes; should a new pattern need to be created, Wallner Expac’s on-site design and engineering team is available for collaboration. To complement production, available post-production services include flattening, stamping, powder coat, and pre-painted metals.
