RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — Wallner Expac, the founder and leader in the manufacturing of expanded metal used in pleated filters announced it has opened a new full-service manufacturing facility in El Paso, Texas. Strategically located at 22 Spur Drive and in close proximity to the El Paso International Airport, the new location features over 50,000 square feet for shipping, warehousing, and full manufacturing and tooling capacities. The El Paso building is Wallner Expac’s fourth domestic manufacturing plant and operates with the same Quality Management System under our ISO 9001 certification.
Mike Wallner, Wallner Expac CEO states, “Many Wallner Expac employees worked extremely hard to make this happen and we are really proud to expand to El Paso. By adding this manufacturing plant, we can effectively address the increase in product demand by systematically boosting production, improving operations, and reducing shipping times.”
Mariana Orozco, President, Wallner Expac adds, “Equipped with the latest expanded metal equipment and a state-of-the-art tooling facility to support all manufacturing and metal fabrications, the El Paso plant affords us the ability to meet demand, better serve our customers in the Southwest area and Mexico, and pursue new regional business.”
As a result of the expansion, approximately 30 new full time jobs will be created, with additional employment opportunities as operations increase.
