1990Expac merges with Wallner Tooling to form Wallner Tooling/Expac
1997 Rancho Cucamonga facility expands by 24,000 sq. ft. to accommodate HVAC growth
1998 Kennesaw facility expands by 23,000 sq. ft. to support continued growth of East Coast markets
2001 Wallner Tooling/Expac expands to South Korea by establishing a partnership with Samkwang Electronics Group forming Samkwang Wallner Co. LTD

2007 Wallner Tooling/Expac significantly increases HVAC production capacity through a strategic acquisition

From a small stamping house in Van Nuys, CA to a worldwide corporation, founder Rudolf Wallner brought the company to where it stands today. By utilizing his mastery and skills gained from his experiences in Germany and the United States, Rudolf built a strong family business that continues to grow and diversify into new markets as well dominate others.
