RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. — February 2, 2015 — Wallner Tooling/Expac, the industry leader in the development and production of cutting edge expanded metals announced today that it has opened its second Kennesaw, Georgia manufacturing facility. Strategically located on South Industrial Drive in close proximity to the HVAC Division, this new location will house the Diversified Products Division for fabricating an array expanded metals.
“We are very excited about consolidating our Diversified Products Division into its own dedicated manufacturing facility,” says Mike Wallner, CEO, Wallner Tooling/Expac. “This structure will feature state-of-the-art equipment solely for the design and production of specialized expanded metal,” adds Wallner. “We will now be able to better accommodate the growth in requests for specialized patterns and develop new products at a quicker pace.”
Mark Goodman, Director of the Diversified Products Division adds, “Relocation of the DP Division is a very exciting and a highly impacting endeavor, which marks the opening of a ‘new chapter’ in the growth and diversification of Wallner Tooling/Expac.”
With over 50 years of engineering and design experience, Wallner Expac has the aptitude to manufacture custom products. The on-site engineering and design teams, and state-of-the-art tool room has designed and fabricated a comprehensive portfolio of expanded metal patterns used in diverse applications and industries.
